tl;dr either delete your current Konami ID or just change the region

As some of you may know, a Japanese Konami ID is pretty much mandatory so you can access extra features within the sites for Bemani games, accessing the Konasute games, and also participating in any goods campaigns. It used to be very simple to access this even if you did not have your eAmuse pass on a Japanese ID, as there was an eAmusement pass detaching feature on the eAmusement website.
However, Konami has removed this feature entirely from the website in 2023, and while an official reason was never given as to why, it is likely due to people using it to leech off of Konasute benefits without purchasing content for themselves. Because of this, there are currently a lot of passes that are stuck in non-Japanese IDs, unable to access the extra features.
People may think their data is now stuck, but this guide will offer you the solution so you can remove your data from the other region ID it is currently attached to and attach it to a Japanese ID.
(12/2024 update: There now exists a method to just change the region of your Konami ID. It removes the need to delete your ID (which was the only method last time) and should be the only method you follow unless you need a specific region’s ID as soon as possible for any reason.)
